Removal & Excavation

If replacing an old slab, we carefully demo and haul away the debris. We then excavate and grade the subgrade for optimal drainage and compaction.

Subgrade Prep & Rebar Grid

We compact the base and install a steel rebar grid to reinforce the slab. This step is critical to preventing cracking under pressure from vehicles or temperature fluctuations.

Pouring & Finishing

We pour high-performance concrete, level it precisely, and apply a finish of your choice. Most clients opt for a smooth or broom finish that resists tire marks and oil stains.

Sealing for Protection

After the concrete cures, we apply a commercial-grade sealer to guard against chemicals, salt, and surface wear. This also enhances the floor’s lifespan and appearance.
